SABOR A TANGO occupies the former Palazzo Rossini, the historic Societá Italia Unita premises, which was built entirely with materials shipped from Italy in 1878.
In the year 1910, the Palazzo was home to L´Operetti , the legendary Opera Singer's Guild, whose members, dazzled by the presence of the stage and hall acoustics, called the building "Palazzo Rossini", in honor of the famed Italian composer, author of so many operas, such as "The Barber of Seville" and "William Tell". For many years the best arias of Puccini, Verdi and Rossini where sung in our present day stage.
Years later, he Palazzo began its duty as Great Dance Hall and for many years it was a high-scale Salón de tango.
It is our great pride to know that each night, these marvelous artists give their all for two hours in order to provide a wonderful experience for our guests.
After dinner, at 10.15 PM sharp, the SABOR A TANGO stage becomes song, music and dance.
