1.  RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To make a reservation, you must have reached the age of majority in your country of residence.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation application form by e-mail, by phone or through the Web.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48 hours to supply relevant information, availability and prices.

2.  MEANS OF PAYMENT

Reservations are only made upon 20% payment of your stay, sending the money across Western Union , by means of banking transfer or personally in our offices
Lodginnargentina placement fees are US$ 30, independently of the length of your stay which should be credited in cash in dollars and/or its equivalent one in euro to the firm of the contract.
The tenant shall make a guarantee deposit, the amount of which varies in relationship to the duration of his stay and category of apartment reserved.
This shall be paid in cash or travelers checks. In all cases, the deposit shall be reimbursed once the stay has finished.
If there are damages, the tenant shall pay them in accordance with the cost set forth in the inventory.

Daily deposit: 1 week
Weekly deposit : 1 week
Monthly deposit (1 month stays) : 2 weeks
Monthly deposit (more than1 month stays) : 1 month

3.  PARTICULAR CONDITIONS

Lodginnargentina commits to providing the promised service quality and excellence. For such purposes, the 365 days of the year.
We do not set a check in or check out time, understanding that this benefit is for your satisfaction and comfort.
It will be necessary to have certain information, such as the names and ages of all the people that will stay in a facility. Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction. Home owners and Lodginnargentina reserve the right to refuse admission.
Unless otherwise provided, the rent includes all the property's services and taxes. (The Property's Common Expenses, Taxes, Light, Gas, Telephone, Water and Cable Bills). The stay, guarantee deposit and full commission are paid on your arrival to the apartment.
All the apartments have been previously selected by the company's personnel.
All of them are fully furnished and equipped with full tableware and linen.

Lodginnargentina is not responsible for changes in the furnishings of each apartment that the property owners may decide to make. For this reason, the photos shown on this site are intended to provide a basic idea of the general orientation of each individual property. They do not necessarily represent the exact furnishings of the property.

Most of the apartments listed in this site may be reserved for a minimum stay of 1 week. Whenever there is a daily rate stated, there is a minimum 5 day stay.
The maximum stay shall be of 6 months (in accordance with applicable legislation in force) with the possibility of renewing the contract for 6 months more.

Lodginnargentina is in charge of all the reservation procedures for a specified property for the period stated by the guest. Should there be an unforeseen event in the property prior to your arrival that make your stay there impossible, Lodginnargentina proposes relocating you to another apartment of similar characteristics and amenities, available at the time of your trip.
On the arrival day of the guest, at a previously established time, the owner of the property or a representative and Lodginnargentina representative will receive the guest at the property that is to be rented. At this time, the guest will pay the full price of their lease as well as the damage deposit.

Both the lessee and the lessor will sign a temporary lease agreement and a respective inventory of the property, which has been previously reviewed by both parties. The property owner will leave the guest all keys to access the property.

This is a good occasion for the property owner to indicate any pertinent information concerning the functions of appliances in the apartment, and to give the guest a local telephone number where they can be reached for any questions concerning the property.

As the departure date of the guest approaches -ideally, 48 hours before departing- the guest should be in contact with the property owner to establish a meeting time to finalize the contract.

At this time, the property owner will meet the guest at the apartment to return the damage deposit, assuming that the apartment is found in the same condition in which it was encountered and that the inventory is complete. Apartments should be left in identical and clean conditions as they were found upon arrival. At this time, the guest will return all keys to the property
On the guest's arrival, at the time previously agreed on by both parties, an Lodginnargentina representative shall welcome you in the rented property where he will show you how facilities are used. He will also provide useful information on the zone of residence (nearby tourist spots, means of transportation, restaurants, etc.).
At that time, the rent contract and attached inventory will be signed and you shall pay the rest of your stay plus the corresponding guarantee deposit. The guest will be given the apartment keys and will agree with the Lodginnargentina representative on the time to leave the apartment (check out).

In some cases, as indicated on the site, listed prices include maid service with the stated frequency for each case. Including this cleaning service in the rent price does not release the guest from the obligation of leaving the apartment in the same state of cleanliness that it was received.

Most of the apartments listed on this site have one of the following telephone systems:
1) Control Line: this is a telephone service offered by local telephone companies including a limited credit for making local calls. Apartments offering this service include its cost in the rent price.
To call cellular phones, long distance or international calls and/or to extend the credit for local calls, the guest should proceed to buy pre-paid telephone cards.
2) Line Zero: This is a telephonic service that allows you to make any kind of calls through pre-paid telephone cards. Like the previous option, it also allows you to receive any kind of calls.

In some cases, the apartment's rent price does not include telephone expenses. Therefore, prior telephone expenses will be calculated before check-in, in order to verify the amount payable by the guest at check-out.

At the time of the apartment's check-out, the guest returns the property's keys and gets his guarantee deposit back, after checking the corresponding inventory and the apartment's general state.

4.  CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that the guest should cancel their reservation for any reason, credit card will be charged with 20% of the cost of the requested stay, unless the cancellation is made with at least 30 days advance notice, in which case 10% of the cost of the requested stay will be charged. The same applies for reservations done with a transfer wire: it is not refunded for cancellations where with less than 30 days notice and 50% is refunded for cancellations done with 30 or more days advance notice.
Payments for accommodations are non-refundable once they have been made. If a guest should decide to shorten the length of their stay, previously made payments will not be refunded. For this reason, we recommend that guests contract accommodations for the minimum length of time that they will be staying at the rented property, and that they contract a longer rental period should they decide to lengthen their stay.

In the case that a guest who has a lease agreement of several months length, in which the rent is paid month to month, decides to shorten the contracted rental period, the security deposit will not be refunded, but will be retained by the property owner as compensation for the incompletion of the anticipated rental period.

Likewise, with this type of contract, if the guest desires to lengthen their stay, they should be in contact with bytargentina.com to check if the property is not rented to another guest in order to sign a new contract for the new time period requested.

5.  STAY EXTENSION

Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended. They have a commencement and an expiration date, therefore, should the guest want to extend his stay in the rented property, he shall inform this to the owner of the property immediately to make sure that this is not reserved by another guest.
Said extension implies signing a new contract for the new agreed on period, it is subject to availability and variations that prices may have suffered.
