1-RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To make a reservation you must have reached legal age.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation application form by e-mail, by phone or through the web.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours following your inquiry to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
To take his reservation it will have to send an amount of money that whose total route will be informed him and mail or web route, indicating him the way of turning the money or of realizing the advance in our offices. As soon as the amount requested was received and confirmed the availability we will be in conditions to confirm his reservation.

2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
The payment of the deposit to realize the reservation will subscribe in cash, in American dollars, by means of western union and the demurrage will subscribe in cash in American dollars or his equivalent one in Euros. The cancellation of the entire total will have to be realized in advance at his arrival, only in cash, in American dollars or his equivalent one in euros

3-PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Host families that are included in Lodginnargentina's network must allow their guests to enjoy free access to the house with no timetable restrictions (they can choose either to give house keys to guests or be available to enable access at any time of the day).
Telephone expenses for the use of the line are not included in the stay rate. These shall always be paid independently of the corresponding rate. The home owners are not obliged to allow the use of the phone to their guests. Despite this general rule, many home owners allow their guests to use the phone, always charging for calls.
There is a one week minimum stay.


4- CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest needs to cancel the reservation, the money paid is not refundable.
Likewise, if, for any reason, the previously-paid stay is shortened, there is no refund whatsoever. For this reason, it is advisable for the guest to be as accurate as possible on deciding his departure date, and, if necessary, to try to extend his stay should he have to remain here longer than what he paid for.


5- STAY EXTENSION
Should the guest want to extend his stay, he shall immediately contact Lodginnargentina no later than 72 hours prior to the end of his stay. Yet, this does not guarantee its extension, as it is subject to availability. If that host family has no vacancies, Lodginnargentina proposes to relocate you to another house of similar characteristics and amenities, and you may choose to accept said proposal or not.

6- INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you supply yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others.
Using our site /services, implies that you accept and subject yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies that are published there. Should you not agree with these, please, refrain from using our site.
Lodginnargentina is always at the disposal of guests lodged in the net to supply any kind of information they might need.
